In order to guarantee safe and effective transportation, all our Lambro parts deliveries include the following:
Secure Packaging:
To avoid damage during transportation, all parts will be wrapped securely,including extra padding or strengthened packaging may be necessary for fragile objects (such as bike frames or delicate parts).
Our Methods of Shipping:
Depending on the quantity of the order and the urgency, delivery may be made by air freight, ground shipping, or expedited services. Different delivery options are available through our website ordering and can be specified through ordering direct from our online contact form.
Delivery Schedule:
The location, the shipping method selected, and the parts’ availability all affect delivery timelines.
While overseas shipping may take longer, local deliveries may take one to three days.
Delivery Fees:

Order Tracking
We can provide customers tracking numbers so they may monitor the status of their shipments.

A confirmation, like a signature or a picture of the delivered product, is usually needed upon delivery.
Import taxes and customs fees (for goods to ouside the UK):
The buyer is liable for any import taxes or customs fees that may apply to orders placed from overseas.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays.
Returns
We must first be notified by phone or email in order to be eligible for a refund. Returns of merchandise must be made within 28 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original packing, unused, undamaged, and in precisely the same condition as when they were first received. We will examine your returns once we get them before processing your reimbursement. You won’t get a refund if the products are damaged in any way or if you started the return process beyond the allotted 28 days. The buyer will be liable for the postage if the return is the result of a mistake of purchase.
